Shipping
Please note, there is a $10.00 minimum to order.
When you are ready to check out, we will ask you for your shipping, and credit card
information. Please fill out the form completely and use an actual address and not a P.O.
box (if possible).
Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days after it is placed. You
should receive an email almost immediately after you complete your order confirming the
order has been placed. If you do not receive this email please see 'Not Receiving
Emails?' in the 'Help' section.
We offer the following methods of shipment:
UPS - Ground (default), 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.
USPS - Priority Mail (in the US), and Priority Mail International (for international orders).
The actual shipping charges will be calculated automatically during
the checkout
process. Please be aware that there are situations where the shipping
charges may need to be adjusted from what is shown on your receipt at
checkout. An example of this is in instances where it takes more than
one box to contain your order, or the item(s) ordered are of a large
size but light weight. If the actual shipping cost varies greatly (over
10%) from the original charge we will contact you by email with the
changes to the shipping total for your approval before shipping your
order.
It is our policy not to charge your credit card until we are ready to ship your order except in the case of pre-ordered items.
If you choose to pay by money order, we will contact you by
email with the actual charges and where to send payment. Please wait for us to do so before
sending payment. We will hold your order for 10 business days in order
to give you time send payment.
A note to customers outside the United States:
We normally ship USPS Priority Mail International on foreign orders. Please note that additional charges may
apply, and in the case of requests to use surface transportation you assume all risk of
guaranteeing safe delivery as we do not recommend this method.
We do not accept credit card payment for orders sent to third parties
outside the United States. We will send your order to a third party, but choose the money
order option on our checkout form to do so. We will contact you by email with the
total including shipping charges and instructions on where to send payment. We will
hold your order for 10 business days in order to give you time to
arrange or send payment.
We are sorry but due to problems collecting funds we can no longer
accept orders from Africa, China, Indonesia, Nigeria, Singapore and
some other countries.
Payment
You can place your order online and make payment arrangements
immediately, or choose to send your payment by money order. We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as money orders (US funds only) as payment. Orders paid by money order will ship upon receipt. We do not accept phone orders, fax orders, or walk-in business. We do not use PayPal, or accept personal checks.
If you choose to pay by money order we will contact you by email
with the total including shipping and instructions on how to make
payment.
Make your money order payable to Boss Company LLC (not Custom Crew) and send it to the address on the order receipt that was emailed to you. We will hold your order for 10 business days in order to give
you time to arrange or send payment. Unpaid orders are normally
canceled after 10 business days.
