Custom Crew Return Policy.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. Please do not
return an item without contacting us. We may not be able to credit it
back to you. The easiest way to do this is Email using the "Contact Us"
form on this web site. We do not refund shipping charges.
I received an item and it is not what I expected. Can I return it?
Please contact us either by sending an email to the address on
your receipt or using the contact form provided on this web site and
request a return authorization (RA) number. To make things easier,
please let us know the original order number (this should be included
on your receipt and in any email you received from us).
Once you get an authorization number, you may send the item back to us
(at your expense). We will refund the price you paid for the item, or
give you a credit towards another purchase, less shipping charges.
I received an item and it was damaged. What should I do?
We will tell you how to proceed in getting the item back to us so we
can make a replacement, or refund. Do not send the item back to us
until you hear from us, usually in 24 to 48 hours.

prompt reply, usually within 48 hours.
